僑生急難救助

Emergency Assistance for Overseas Chinese Students

❖簡介
僑委會為照顧海外回國就學僑生，於渠等發生傷病住院醫療、家庭變故等不可抗力事變及死亡時給予扶助及慰問，特設有「海外回國就學僑生醫療急難及喪葬慰問金發給要點」，提供醫療、急難及喪葬等3項慰問金以供申請。

❖ Introduction

In order to support overseas Chinese students returning to Taiwan for their studies, the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) has established the "Guidelines for the Provision of Medical Emergency and Funeral Condolence Allowances for Overseas Chinese Students Returning to Study." This initiative offers assistance and condolences in cases of hospitalization due to illness or injury, family emergencies, unforeseen incidents, or death. The program provides three types of allowances—medical, emergency, and funeral—which eligible students may apply for.
